Theresa, the instructor, was really great, and her class felt very laid back, and she would sometimes tailor it to help us with any pregnancy aches and pains. Kheyla always kept me up to date with the classes and was really friendly and answered any questions promptly. Siobhan's teaching style is the perfect balance between stretching the body, calming the mind and providing differentiated levels, so for every pose or movement, there was a chance to challenge yourself if you felt the need to. What contributes to this serene class is the setting: it is absolutely scenic! The naturally-lit studio is modern with tasteful decor and the glass sliding door allows you to look out onto an immaculate garden throughout the practice.
