Calmer Kids Yoga

 

 

My name is Siobhan Power and I'm a yoga instructor for children, teens and adults. I founded Calmer Kids Yoga because I strongly believe that by teaching our children mindfulness and yoga, we're giving them the tools to successfully face the obstacles of everyday life. Yoga teaches the child to calm their mind and improves focus whilst stretching and toning their bodies. The child is given the tools to deal with our fast paced, outcomes based society in a non-competitive environment whilst incorporating valuable life lessons and affirmations.
